Undrar du anordna ett stort branschmöte? Vill du samla dina kunder och medarbetare och erbjuda dem en unik upplevelse? Polen är ett perfekt ställe för detta - när det gäller både kvalité och priset.

All major Polish cities have a fantastic meeting infrastructure: numerous hotels, professional conference venues, tasty food, wide choice of activities - all this at a price noticeably lower than in the majority of European countries.

The hotel capacity of the major Polish cities is as follows:

Region Population Number of ***** hotels Number of **** hotels Number of *** hotels
Warszawa 1,7 mln 10 10 25
Kraków 758 000 10 16 74
Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot 747 000 7 8 27
Łódź 715 000 0 5 6
Wrocław 631 000 5 11 22
Poznań 549 000 3 9 29
Szczecin 408 000 0 5 5

However not only hotels can serve as a good congress venue. In Poland you'll find lots of other impressive objects.

Poland and Ukraine together organized the european championships in football in 2012. Apart from fantastic memories, this event left a few newly built or thoroughly renovated arenas. The biggest one is the National Stadium in Warsaw. The maximum capacity is 72900 guests. The organizer can choose between six conference rooms (each with access to daylight) with a capacity of 2000 guests and a congress centre of 3200 sq m (the VIP lounge for 2600 participants has direct view towards the arena). Or why not arrange a concert here? The arena host will see to it that everything - from wifi to digital signage - functions as it should. Al guests have access to the underground parking lot (a real dded value, considering the arenas central location in the middle of a European capital.

The Energa Stadion (previously called the PGE Arena) in Gdańsk has been acclaimed as the championship's most beautiful arena - it looks like a piece of amber! In this gorgeous venue you have access to a congress and conference area of 3500 sq m and a capacity of 1000 participants. You can of course rent the whole arena with 43000 seats.

In South-Western Poland in the exciting city of Wrocław and it's arena offer ten conference rooms and a VIP-lounge with arena view. The total capacity is 4500 seats.

And the last championship arena is located in the heart of Poland - in the city of Wrocław. 1800 conference guests can attend the venue simultaneously - from conference rooms to the sky box (total arena capacity: 43000).

However not only great arenas that are available for bigger events. We can recommend for example Ergo Arena in Sopot: capacity of 13000 seats, a good conference infrastructure and VIP-lounges of 40 sq m (connectable with each other).

A smaller venue - but worth taking into consideration - is the Gdynia Arena. With a capacity of 4300 seats, this object is perfect for all sorts of fairs and company meetings.

Are you on the lookout for a truly original and exciting conference venue in Warsaw? The Sala Kongresowa (Congress Hall) in the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw is a place that will give you the excitement you need. This building is actually a 'gift' from Stalin to the Polish people (who were far from satisfied from this present, frankly speaking). A part of this facility is a meeting venue previously used by the Polish communists for party rallies, but sometimes concerts were organized here during the iron curtain times (even the Rolling Stones made their first appearance here in... 1967).

Another historical congress and meeting venue lies in the city of Wrocław in South-Western Poland. The object dates back to 1913 and it's construction is a true masterpiece of engineering. The Centennial Hall is suitable for  fairs, company events, conserts - even despite its age, this facility fulfills modern requirements.

A conference underground? No problem at all. Many Polish mines offer their underground premices for companies and groups. It's said that the specific underground climate is great for concentration!

And why not have a conference and a party on ferries travelling between Poland and Sweden? The majority of the boats do offer good meeting infrastructure. By means of this you save time - the conference takes place during the journey. An event for up to 500 participants is not unusual here.
