This 10 kilometers long route goes through dense woods, deep swamps and tight canals. Even if you pump iron every day, eat reasonably and run several kilometers every morning you cannot be sure that you’ll reach the finishing line. Bieg Katorżnika (Slave Race) is said to be one of the most difficult running competitions in Poland. Even the toughest ones can lose their hope and give up. However, the joy of overcoming all the obstacles and traps is indescribable.

Aren't the pictures enough? Then you should take a look at two films and one slideshow:

How do you get to the Bieg Katorżnika (Slave race)? It's as easy as pie: take the plane to Kraków or Katowice and rent a car at the airport.
